Intake Interview

A comprehensive initial session to better understand your needs and determine the most appropriate plan, assessment or/and recommendations.

$370 (75–90 minutes)

Individual sessions focused on goal setting, coping strategies, practice in person and tailored guidance.

$235 per 55 minutes

Assessment packages vary depending on referral questions and complexity. Fees include clinical interviews, test administration, scoring, interpretation, report writing, and a feedback session.

$220 per hour (typically 6–19 hours in total)

Total cost ranges: $1,400 – $3,600 (dependent on the time and complexity)

Psychological services are not covered by OHIP, but they are covered by most extended health insurance plans, often listed under paramedical services.  Please confirm your coverage with your insurance provider in advance to determine your eligibility.  I am also register to bill directly with Telus Health  e-claims.

Payment is accepted by e-transfer, cheque, or major credit card. Please note: a 3% processing fee applies to credit card transactions.
