At Holistic Psychoeducational Services, we believe that every individual has the potential to achieve their goals and live a fulfilling life. As a registered psychologist, I offer Psychological Coaching and comprehensive consultations  for individuals and their families.  Psychological coaching is described as a therapeutic process that helps clients learn and identify their own individual strengths, needs, and the impact of their thoughts and beliefs to be active participants in their own healing.  I use evidence-based techniques to help you overcome attentional, anxiety, executive functioning issues, and other mental health challenges that may be holding you back. My services are tailored to meet your unique needs and goals.  I specialize in treating ADHD and other concerns. Together with the psychologist, the client is able to develop effective coping skills and strategies for positive meaningful changes and overall mental health or well being.  

I offer a comprehensive Psychological Assessments that range from cognitive only, to the most complex assessment of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The assessment will be determined based on the intake interview with Paola Caponetto. The main purpose of the individual assessment is to answer questions or concerns. By assessing the client's whole profile we can identify specific strengths, needs and weaknesses as well as to determine any possible neurodevelopmental disorder (i.e. Learning Disability, Intellectual Disability, ADHD, or a combination, and ASD).
